How do I upload and share team documents?

Uploading and sharing documents on your sports team website

TeamOnThree's free team websites allow coaches to upload and share doucments with assistant coaches, players, parents, and other team members that have signed up and joined your sports team. You can upload and share your documents by following the instructions below.

How do I upload and share team documents?

  1. Sign up for TeamOnThree.
  2. Once you have created a sports team website, login to your TeamOnThree account.
  3. On the Home page under My Team Websites select the View link to the right of the sports team in which you would like to upload and share a document with your team members.
  4. In the menu at the top of the page, click Team Management and select Documents.
  5. Click the Add Folder button.
  6. Type in a folder name and click Create Folder.
  7. Next to the document folder that was just created, click Open to view the contents inside the folder.
  8. Click Add Document.
  9. Provide a filename, select a file, and click the Save button to upload the document to your sports team website.
  10. Repeat the steps above to add additional documents to your free team website.
  11. Assistant coaches, players, parents, and other team members that have joined your sports team website and have been approved by an administrator will be able to view the team documents when they are logged into TeamOnThree.
