TeamOnThree's free team websites allow coaches to send invitations to all types of team members (players, parents, managers, athletics directors, etc). The creator of a sports team website
can delegate admin permissions to other users that have joined TeamOnThree. Once a coach has created a sports team website, players, parents and other team members can join that team
website. Once they have joined and the coach (administrator) of the website has approved them, admin permissions can be given.
How do I grant or remove permissions for my sports team website?
- Sign up for TeamOnThree.
- Once you have created a sports team website, login to your TeamOnThree account.
- On the Home page under My Team Websites select the View link to the right of the sports team in which you woud like to delegate permissions to another user.
- Click Edit to edit your team website.
- In the main body of the page click Admin Priviledges.
- Check the check boxes next to the names of the users that you would like to grant admin priviledges. This allows that user to add plays, edit practice plans, and more.
- Click the Remove link next to a person's name to remove them from your team website. Once this is done, they will no longer have access to your practice calendar, plays, etc.
- Click Save to complete the changes.
